Pilates helps to build core stability, giving you extra lift and control. Increases body awareness. Enough of a workout to get your endorphins flowing but with emphasis on control.

Suitable fo all levels, including recovering from injury and post natal. Each class will take you from isolation to integration, as you flow from simple to complex movements.

Pilates Wednesday  9:30 – 10:30am 

Combination of Yoga and Pilates Saturday  8am – 9.30am
